Sign on. Do the work. Hold the standard.
Able Citizen trains Canadians to carry the load at home. You get 30 days to build the base and a new Standard every month after that. Every member runs the same one, and reports in.
Day 1 of the 30-Day Starter Track starts the day you join.

FOUNDING ROLL ยท 2026
Get on the Founding Roll.
The first households through the door. The roll closes December 31 and never reopens.
Every founding member goes on the Founding Roll 2026. It's the roll of households that showed up first to hold the 72-hour minimum standard, on the same Standard, in the same month.
It isn't a fan club. It's a standard. You report in, you tell the truth about where you stand, and you close the gap alongside households doing the same.
When it goes sideways (an ice storm, a week without power, a bad month), you'll know you're not the only one holding.
Your place on the roll.
Founding Roll 2026 is the founding cohort. Once it closes, nobody else joins it.
The rate holds.
$19 CAD/month or $190 CAD/year, locked for life while your membership stays active.
First in.
You're in the cohort that sets the standard from the start, beginning with OP-STD 2612: Ready for Winter.
The roll is open. The first households are signing on now.
Founding enrolment closes December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Cancel any time, but the founding rate does not come back.
What you'll train
1. Strength you can use.
Carry, lift and keep up with groceries, kids, water jugs up the stairs, firewood and snow.
2. Household readiness.
Outages, storms, floods and winter, in a farmhouse, a subdivision or a high-rise. Handle the first hour, then build to 72 hours and beyond.
3. Self-reliance.
Spend less and depend less. Budget, stock up, repair and maintain, cook and store food.
4. Steady under load.
Think clearly, make the call, keep moving. Your household takes its cue from you.
5. Skills and study.
Practical skills, plus the founder's reading list with notes on why each book matters.
6. Habits that hold.
Daily check-ins that turn intent into a standard you keep.
The 30-Day Starter Track
Four weeks. Twenty minutes a day. Every day.

Week 1: Establish the Baseline.
Run the audit and find out where you and your household actually stand.
Week 2: Handle the First Hour.
Heat and light when the power's out, water when the pipes freeze or the building pumps stop, and first response when someone gets hurt at home.
Week 3: Stretch to 72 Hours.
Household kit, a winter vehicle kit or a walk-home plan, and food without power.
Week 4: Make the Standard Stick.
Lock in the habits. Get ready for your first Monthly Standard.
Read this before you join.

- People looking for politics, outrage or an off-grid fantasy.
For:
- Men, women, couples and families who'd rather rely on themselves.
- People with jobs, kids and bills who do the work anyway.
- Beginners who commit. Start where you are, but start.

FAQ
Do I need experience or equipment?
No. You need to commit. Week 1 starts at your baseline with what's already in your house. Advanced and specialist training is for members who qualify.
How much time does it take?
Twenty minutes a day, every day. Miss one? Don't double up. Do today's work and keep moving.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. You get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Is this a group that shows up at my house?
No. Every house holds its own. That's the standard. The community is where you train, report in and get counted. In an emergency, call 911 first. Always.
Will other members know where I live?
No. We never publish towns, addresses or postal codes, and your name appears publicly only if you say yes.
Training is general education, not medical, professional or financial advice. Check with your doctor before starting new physical training. See Terms.
